Are your products certified organic?

Just B Au Naturel products are 100% natural with certified organic plant ingredients. We combine a mixture of both superior natural and organic ingredients to create safe, pure and effective products. Our Skincare products guarantee you products formulated without genetically modified organisms, parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, and triclosans. Our brand stands out in the crowd for its honesty (disclosure of full ingredients) and purity (uses authentic botanicals without harmful cosmetic chemicals). Just B Au Naturel products are between 98.2% to 100% natural with certified organic ingredients used wherever possible. It is a common fact that gels and creams cannot be 100% natural, therefore where ever natural alternatives are not available we use natural components declared safe by international certifying bodies such as Ecocert. In simple terms, all the ingredients we use are either certified organic or Ecocert approved.  We are currenly updating our website and soon It will even clearly state on our ingredient list which is certified organic and which is Ecocert approved, thereby gaining the loyalty of our consumers. 


How do I know if I have allergies to your products?

Please be aware of any skin allergies you may have before using our products. We always recommend a patch test.  If you have a history of sensitivities or allergies, perform a skin test first. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before using any products containing essential oils. Our products and the information on these pages are not intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any medical condition and are not a substitute for the medical advice of a trained physician.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We believe in the quality of our products and formulations and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges for online orders or products purchased through distributors. Any discrepancies with your order should be addressed within 24 hours of receiving it. However, We do you to be happy, so if you are unsatisfied in any way, contact us and we'll find a solution.

I'm not comfortable ordering online. Can I call in my order??

Ordering online through our website is safe, but you may place order over the phone. If you prefer, you could opt for the ‘Bank Transfer’ mode of payment, just add us as a beneficiary and transfer the amount, do email us the reference number post making the payment. What is the little white date sticker on the bottom of my product?

This is the manufacturing date. We use this as an internal batch number to track some of the products we make. Please store your product out of sunlight and heat to ensure the longest possible shelf life.

What is the shelf life of your products ?

Our products are water-free, all natural formulations. We do provide a “best before” date of at least 12 months from date of manufacture. Our products are meant to be used, not stored. We are a small batch (but scalable) manufacturer committed to making the freshest products possible. Do you ship everyday?

Our in house turnaround times are typically 2-3 business days (this does not include the transit time). If you're placing a rush order, write us a quick note at and we'll do our best to meet your timeline. Many of our products are made to order, in small batches, by hand, so we may not ship as fast as the large companies.

What precautions are you taking for the above?

Mandatory temperature checks, sanitisation of the entire workshop , fewer employees multitasking , wearing of mask, gloves, and a face shield, use of sanitisers, and physical 6 feet distancing between all employees, are just some of the precautions we’re taking to make sure your orders reach you sanitised and safe.
